This hanging scene was just sent to me by a fan. After only a few moments of repeatedly watching the footage, it is easy to solve. It "appears" that there is a nuce around her neck, but that is probably just how that munchkin's costume was. If you watch you will notice her foot . The Munckin is stepping side to side not hanging. Also you will notice the Munchkin pauses and hesitates for a breif second, if it was someone hanging it obviously wouldn't stop in the middle of "swinging". And lastly there are alot of people in this scene, someone would have seen it if it was a hanging. Take a look and judge for yourself. Feel free to e-mail your comments.

The sinister part about this is that it's during the "We Thank You" rhyme:

"We thank you verry sweetly,
for doing it so neatly,
