This copyright notice and embedded ones in my pages were ignored by TREE types, family history enterprises and robots/spiders in Utah and elsewhere.
To rub salt in the wound, the family history/tree stealer emailed me and asked me if I wanted to buy a copy of MY DATA, MY DATA!!, on CD-ROM, that they stole, for about $40.
Copyrights and all rights reserved means you can view the data but you do NOT have permission to publish it, re-publish it on your website or forward it to others for publishing, or copy it for any commercial uses.
If you are closely related to me or those in my data, then you have my permission to privately use this data. This does not mean you can use more than you need or extend your usage to large amounts of the data. If you send the data to a commercial user, both of you are violating copyrights.
My copyrights and reserved rights are not limited to the above statements and I retain all rights including those to sue for damages and recover all costs involved with any suit against any commercial user of my data who did not explicitly get written premission from

Embedded in the data are ficticious people and other signature and transparent errors that are not found in anyone elses database. This is part of the proof that the data was assembled by me. For example, an extra person with no desendants does not really hurt anyone but copyright stealers.
If any of the people in the remaining name-only listings on my site are of interest to you for personal use, then send me an SASE(5 pages per stamp, approx.) and I will send you the data or an answer by snail mail.
